Healthy Diet

Marinade For Grilled Fish

* 3 teaspoons grated onion.
* 3 tablespoons olive oil.
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice or white vinegar.
* salt.
* freshly ground black pepper.

Place fish into a non-metallic shallow dish. Mix together onion, oil, lemon juice, wine and salt, pour over. Grind black pepper over the top.
Cover and refrigerate for two hours. Drain and pat fish dry before putting on the grill. Brush with marinade while fish is cooking.
Makes 1/2 cup.
